What LainMa is

LainMa lets customers join a salon's queue from their phone and lets salon owners run that queue. It shows a customer's place in line and sends alerts, but it never promises how long a wait will be, and a salon decides who it serves and when.

Customers

Using the app to join a queue is free. Give your real name and a number the salon can reach you on, and don't join a queue you don't plan to attend or join on behalf of people who haven't agreed.

Salon owners

• New salons are reviewed by us before they go live, and we may decline or remove a salon.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, including staff, services, prices and the amount recorded when a visit finishes.
• The fee is 1% of the sales recorded in the app. Fees are added up per Nepali calendar month. There's no monthly fee and no charge for a day with no recorded sales. We'll tell you before that changes.
• You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings.

Using it fairly

Don't misuse LainMa: no spam, no fake tickets, no attempts to break, overload or access what isn't yours. We may suspend anyone who does.

No guarantees

LainMa is provided as it is. Phones lose signal and alerts can arrive late or not at all, so don't rely on the app alone for anything you can't afford to miss. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost time, lost sales or other indirect loss from using it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
